Join Ashley for an all-levels Vinyasa Flow yoga class. Class will take place at Ashley's residence in the spacious backyard. If you need the address, please email info@ashleysondergaard.com.
Weather permitting. Bring a mat, towel, water.
Class is free and open to all; however, a suggested donation of $20 is greatly appreciated.
