Start your Saturdays off with Yoga & Beer!

 Move though a gentle yoga flow class, and we’ll keep the beers flowing afterward! Saturdays at 10:30am. All humans and levels are welcome. Classes are one hour. Check in will begin at 10:15am and yoga will promptly begin at 10:30am. Please bring your mat, water bottle, and anything else you need to feel comfortable.

Stick around after class and enjoy a beverage included with your class.
