This workshop includes... -A short yoga warm up to get the self-care vibes flowing -A guided journal exploration of current routines and how they make you feel -Tools to transform your routines into longterm rituals -A downloadable workbook to continue elevating your daily routines into more magical rituals that you actually look forward to
-Closing meditation to manifest these new rituals into reality
