You're invited to a special night of Yoga & Hypnosis! As hard as it may be to grasp right now, spring is close. It's time to shed our dark and cold layers for renewal and rejuvenation. 

On Wednesday, March 31 at 7:00 PM, join Ashley Sondergaard of Yoga Magic and Jina Seavall of Past Lives & the Divine for an evening of rebirth and introspection to create positive change. At this digital workshop, we'll use short writing prompts, restorative yoga poses, and guided self-hypnosis to melt away the shadow and call in what we want most in life. All to help you feel more aligned and in-step with the divine plan for your life.

• Ashley will start the evening with a restorative yoga flow. If you're new to restorative yoga, think receiving the benefits of a challenging yoga pose while laying on a pile of pillows. Sounds amazing, right? All you need is a yoga mat, a blanket and a few pillows.
• Following the yoga practice, Jina will guide you through a healing hypnosis journey. Guided group hypnosis looks like guided meditation but we relax even deeper to work within the subconscious mind. Accessing the subconscious mind is the quickest way to let go of the thoughts, emotions, or behaviors that can hold us back. This is perfect for anyone feeling a shift in their lives or in themselves as we prepare for a new season.
• We'll finish the evening with journal work and discussion.

This digital experience will take place on Zoom and upon registering, you will receive a link to the closed Zoom classroom. Additionally, Ashley and Jina will provide you with a guide for creating a restful ambiance in your home.
